Yep, it’s that day already.
Today I’m sharing with you a new creation I made. As you might remember, I co-hosted this year’s LovebombMN. One of the items I created for the weekend was a guided journal.

Why a journal? Well, many reasons, I guess.
First off, journaling has so many healing benefits. It’s been show to reduce stress, strengthen immunity, help you to better solve conflicts and create more meaningful relationships.
Second, I am personally someone strongly guided by emotion. I often find myself having a strong emotional and visceral reaction, but cannot always pinpoint where it’s coming from. I just know I’m desperately sad/pissed/disgusted, etc. Journaling has allowed me to stop and think through these feelings and help to put words to them. It’s allowed me to turn a problem over and over inside my mind and reach conclusions I might not have otherwise reached.
Lastly, it’s also given me the ability to contemplate and honor the blessings in my life that I may not have otherwise slowed down to appreciate.
This guided journal has 10 pages and helps take you through a series of questions that help you examine what your goals are for the year and how to set yourself up to succeed, who your role models are and who is zapping your energy, your fears, celebrating successes, and inspiring yourself.
